Do you accept requests for custom made items?
Yes! I have created custom items, including one of a kind hoods for unique costume needs, for many happy clients and would be excited to discuss bringing your ideas to life. Contact me with your idea and we can discuss the details involved.
How long will it take to get my order?
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, but it will usually be between 2-5 days, depending on the complexity of your order. Custom orders will take longer, because I will need time to create them for you.
Estimated shipping times:
North America: 3-7 business days
Europe: 5-15 business days
The rest of the world: 5-30 days (depending on the country and their specific customs issues)
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, and how happy the gods of the postal service are feeling.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
